Orders
When you place an order, please give a correct name, phone number and full address. We confirm orders by call or WhatsApp before dispatch. We may cancel an order if we cannot reach you, the details are incomplete, or an item is out of stock — you will not be charged.
Prices
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include all charges except delivery. Delivery is free on orders of Rs 3,000 or more; a flat Rs 200 applies below that. The final total is shown before you place your order. Prices and stock may change, but the price you ordered at will be honoured.
Payment
Orders are paid in cash to the rider on delivery. Please accept parcels you have ordered — repeatedly refusing cash on delivery parcels may mean we ask for advance payment on future orders.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order any time before it is dispatched by messaging us on WhatsApp.
Product information
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can, using the details provided by the maker or supplier. Small differences in colour, packaging or design can happen between batches.
Medical information
Nebulizer.pk sells devices only. Nothing on this website is medical advice, and we do not sell or recommend medicines or doses. Use a nebulizer only with the medicine and dose your doctor prescribed. A steam inhaler is for comfort, and a pulse oximeter is a home-check device, not a diagnosis. If breathing gets worse, lips turn bluish, or you feel unwell, get medical help immediately.
Safe use
Read the instructions and safety notes before use. Clean nebulizer cups, masks and mouthpieces after every use and give each person their own mask. Keep steam inhalers and humidifiers out of children's reach, unplug before filling or cleaning, and empty humidifier tanks daily.
Liability
We are responsible for delivering the product you ordered in working condition, as described in our Return & Refund Policy. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse or by not following the instructions or your doctor's advice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
