⚠️
Use it safely: fill with clean, fresh water and empty and rinse the tank every day so nothing grows in standing water. Use only water-soluble aroma drops (never essential or fragrance oils unless the box allows it). Keep the room between about 40% and 60% humidity — too much moisture can cause damp and mould. Unplug before refilling or cleaning, and keep it away from electronics and out of children's reach.

Frequently asked questions

QIs it a genuine Philips?

Sold under its real name and model number with the brand's warranty — keep your invoice.

QDoes a humidifier help in smog?

A humidifier adds moisture to dry air; it does not filter smoke or dust. For smog, an air purifier filters particles. Many families use both. See our humidifier vs air purifier guide.

QCan I add fragrance?

Only water-soluble aroma drops, and only if your model allows it. Oils can damage the mist plate.

QWhat humidity is best?

About 40–60% indoors. Above that, damp and mould can grow.

QIs it safe for a baby's room?

A cool-mist humidifier is commonly used in bedrooms. Keep it out of reach and clean it daily.

QIs cash on delivery available?

Yes. Every order is cash on delivery — you pay the rider when the parcel arrives. Delivery is free on orders of Rs 3,000 or more; below that a flat Rs 200 is added.

QHow long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours and usually arrive in 2–4 working days, anywhere in Pakistan. You get a tracking number once it ships.

QWhat if it arrives damaged or faulty?

Every device is checked before dispatch. If it still arrives damaged or faulty, message us on WhatsApp within 7 days with a photo or video and we will replace it free of charge.
